The twelfth issue of Edge of Time hails all things progressive, thought-provoking and different. The mood is pretty positive and usual suspects like Psychotic Waltz are featured together with then modestly known progressive metal bands like Divine Regale, Eternity X, Psyco Drama (who later resurfaced in 2015), and Vauxdvihl/Where Echoes End.

The issue includes an interview with early-years Spiral Architect who later released a phenomenal one-and-only progressive technical metal album “A Sceptic’s Universe”. Their Norwegian progressive colleagues Tritonus had been interviewed as well – they only had a demo back then and managed to finally release a full-length album only in 2013! US short-lived Anomaly were another rare participant who at the time had just released their sole debut effort aiming at radio-friendly progressive technical metal and featuring genre’s masterminds Sean Reinert and Sean Malone of Cynic.
