A rather iconic debut of the time, Lithuania's Peccatus Altar #1 inspired a number of other fanzines in the country to be born and improve. The computer layout is clean, varied and styled in an undeniably metal way. 50 pages are filled with underground content, including many interviews (Aftermath A.D., Alchemist, Anathema, Burzum, Impaler, Impetigo, Napalm Death, Sadness, and many others), Belgian & German scene reports, a review of the cult Lithuanian festival Death Comes #2, and plenty of album and demo reviews.
