The sixth and final issue of "Horror High" marks the end of a six-year journey (1993–1998) of the fanzine dedicated to extreme and dark forms of metal, primarily death, black, doom, and grind, while also exploring gothic and industrial genres. The layout of this issue was crafted by the editor, Paulius, and the issue includes interviews with Amalthea, Broken Hope, Evol, Severance, Slogun, Zeitgeist, and many others, alongside demo and album reviews.
